PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insurance product for alleviating the burden on the family of a child having a congenital handicap and a congenital disease.;SOLUTION: This insurance product allows a contractor to receive insurance money as a lump sum from a contracted insurance company based on the contract between the insurance company and the contractor if the insured (infant) is born with a specific congenital handicap or disease decided by the contract and the insured (infant) is diagnosed to have the specific congenital handicap and congenital disease decided by the contact by a medical association up to a predetermined age after the birth and to receive the annuity during the security period. This alleviates a risk for having the congenital handicapped infant/congenital disease infant always held by anyone when the birth is considered. That is, the presence of the insurance product contributes to an improvement in a birthrate even by slightly wiping out anxiety for the current woman who tends to become negative to the birth.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
