PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a watering material for seedlings, capable of keeping/transporting the seedlings such as seedling-growing pots as the state of healthy seedlings, and a seedling pot.;SOLUTION: This watering material consists of water to be fed to the seedlings in growing and the watering material for holding the water and has 0.3-10 mS/cm conductivity. As the watering material, a surfactant and water soluble polymer are cited, and it is preferable for them to have gel-forming capacity or thickening activity.
