PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method for effectively improving the taste of liquid favorite food by an easy operation.;SOLUTION: This method for improving the taste of liquid favorite food comprises subjecting a part of liquid as an object liquid of the liquid favorite food with taste to be improved to penetration treatment through minute through-holes of a phase splitting porous body having many minute through-holes each with a pore diameter of 0.03-100 μm, mixing the liquid thus obtained with the object liquid of the liquid favorite food, and if necessary, mixing the liquid.
