PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile notification apparatus for notifying of movement of an object device without wasteful notification.;SOLUTION: The mobile notification apparatus 1 is provided with: a mobile start detection section 2 for detecting whether or not movement of a household electric appliance 10 is started; a power supply detection section 3 for detecting whether or not electricity is supplied from a power supply 11 to the household electric appliance 10; and a mobile notification means that confirms that the movement of the household electric appliance 10 is started when no electricity is supplied to the household electric appliance 10 depending on the result of detection by the mobile start detection section 2 and the power supply detection section 3, and thereafter informs an external device about the movement of the household electric appliance 10 when the supply of electricity to the household electric appliance 10 is confirmed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
