PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin-beautifying agent in which vitamin Ks is combined with vitamin E, capable of restoring the skin having symptom such as liver spot of face, dark circles under one's eyes, blush or burning sensation to the normal skin by using routinely used cosmetic without carrying out administration of a medicine or operation.;SOLUTION: The symptom such as liver spot of face, dark circles under one's eyes, blush or burning sensation appears near blood capillary by stress, fatigue and influence of ultraviolet light. The symptom is caused by a proteolytic enzyme and generated by blood stasis or bleeding of the blood capillary. The blood capillary is required to be tightened and restored to a blood capillary having elasticity and congestion is relieved and a proteolytic enzyme inhibitor of fibroblast is produced in a large amount in order to eliminate these symptoms.
