PSOLUTION: This method for performing a business is provided by performing the agriculture in desert by using a complex fermenting method to harvest crops, producing alcohols from the crops by using the complex fermenting method, processing the alcohols with an enzyme catalyst obtained by the complex fermenting method to provide a low pollution fuel composition usable for vehicles having conventional engines to be capable of running them and solving the problem of COSB2/SBfundamentally.
