PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device capable of using a plurality of logical channels according to each transmission priority from a terminal belonging to one physical port, and handling them with desired transmission quality.;SOLUTION: The communication device includes an input port 1002, a tag reading means 1005, a logical channel selecting means 1006, a logical channel output control means 1007, and an output port 1003. The input port 1002 receives a transmission frame where both of a case in which a tag including an identifier and priority is present and a case in which the tag is absent are defined. The tag reading means 1005 determines presence or absence of the tag including the identifier and the priority for the received transmission frame, and reads the value of the identifier and the priority when the received transmission frame contains the tag including the identifier and the priority. The logical channel selecting means 1006 selects a logical channel for transferring the received transmission frame. The logical channel output control means 1007 outputs the transmission frame to the logical channel.
