FORM MATERIAL, FORM CONSTRUCTED BY USING THE FORM MATERIAL AND ASSEMBLING AND ITS CONSTRUCTING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form material, facilitating installation of a separator, and obtaining enough fastening force in the corner of a used panel, by solving the problem of the conventional form panel that it takes much time and trouble to install a separator, resulting in obstructing the stacking accuracy of the form panels and execution of work.;SOLUTION: This form material is composed of: a form base plate shaped like a right-angled isosceles triangle, in which a wedge groove is longitudinally provided in the side part, and a cutout recessed part is opened in the corner part; and a separator including a wedge rod fitted to the wedge groove and a connecting rod connecting both end collar parts and the center between the collar parts. The form base plates are installed at a predetermined space through the wedge rod, the collar parts of the separator are fitted to the cutout recessed parts provided in the base plate, and the separator is stretched between the form base plates disposed uniform in phase opposite to each other, thereby constructing the form.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
