PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impermeable writing board which maintains the good erasability of handwriting marked by using an erasable marker, even after the handwriting is left intact for a long time, makes repetitive erasability good, and prevents repellency of ink even in the use of a water-based erasable marker in which a main solvent of the ink is water.;SOLUTION: This impermeable writing board using a resin board, a metallic board, an enameled board, a glass board, a baking finish board and the like is coated with a coating material containing at least photocatalyst titanium oxide and a silicone binder.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
