PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal pressure monitoring device of a case composed by adding a function capable of detecting internal pressure rise and valve opening to an internal pressure release mechanism of a case of a capacitor or the like.;SOLUTION: Figure shows an electric circuit 5 formed in the upper part of an electric double layer capacitor. A circuit pattern formed by connecting a first conductor 6 and a second conductor 7 in parallel with each other is disposed in the upper part of a deformed part 3 deformed and pressure-broken by rise of the internal pressure of the electric double layer capacitor. When the deformed part 3 is deformed by the internal pressure rise of the electric double layer capacitor, the first conductor 6 is cut. At that time, a predetermined internal pressure increase value can be detected by measuring a resistance value by using terminals 8. When the internal pressure further increases, the deformed part 3 is broken by pressure to cut a resistor 7A. Then, the opening of the pressure valve can be detected by measuring the resistance value by using the terminals 8.
