PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a core shell structure having a nanoparticle composite as a core, a structure having that as components, and a processing method of a structure processed from these.;SOLUTION: The core shell structure is structured by the core 6 composed of the nanoparticle composite made by directly joining two or more nanoparticles, and a shell 7 covering the core 6. When the core is made by joining the first nanoparticle and the second nanoparticle, the first nanoparticle is made of a photo-dissolvable semiconductor, metal, or a high polymer, and the second nanoparticle 3 is formed by solid metal that is not photo-dissolved, metal oxide, the semiconductor, or the high polymer. A photo-dissolvable semiconductor nanoparticle 2 is formed on the core shell structure, and a cavity covering the shell and controlled inside is formed on the nanoparticle 2.
