PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a right holder who cannot get loans because of having no property for collateral and thus cannot exercise stock option to surely get loans.;SOLUTION: The object of the present invention is achieved by the stock option exercise fund loan system comprising a stock issuing company which issues stocks; a right holder who is granted a right of stock option from the stock issuing company; a fund loan company which loans the right holder a purchase fund when the right holder exercises the right of the stock option to purchase stocks of the stock issuing company; and a fund payment destination bank designated by the stock issuing company, and characterized in that a loan guarantee of the fund loan company is the issuing stocks obtained by the exercise of the stock option right.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
