PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lease sales supporting system and the like for promoting the lease sales of commodities.;SOLUTION: This lease sales supporting system comprises a server computer 1 and a plurality of terminal devices, 2, 3, 4, 5. The server computer 1 comprises a database of terms of contract 11e recording the information on terms of contract when the lease sales is executed among a user, a manufacturer, a distributor and a lease agent, and extracts and transmits the information on terms of contract from the database of terms of contract 11e in response to a request from the user, manufacturer, distributor or lease agent. Then it receives the response information to the information on terms of contract from the user, manufacturer, distributor or lease agent, creates the information on conclusion of contract on the basis of the response information, and transmits the same to the user, manufacturer, distributer and lease agent.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
