PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sales system with a packaged lease of a fire fighting device (fire extinguisher) capable of solving problems for a non-operating device caused by no inspection and illegal dumping so that inspection and exchanges (collection and installation) are carried out on the basis of a packaged lease without giving the right of ownership to a user side and promoting recycling of abandoned fire fighting devices.;SOLUTION: The sales system comprises a hardware supply section 1 supplying hardware of a fire extinguisher leased to a user 7, a software supply section 2 supplying necessary software by accompanying the use of the hardware, an inspection section 4 inspecting the hardware, an exchange section 5 exchanging (collecting and installing) the hardware, an intercession section 3 performing an intercessional role with the hardware supply section 1, the software supply section 2, the inspection section 4, and the exchange section 5 for the user 7, and a network 6 connecting information among the hardware supply section 1, the software supply section 2, the inspection section 4, the exchange section 5, and the intercession section 3.
