PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contact address presentation device and contact address presentation program which prevents a third person from illicitly acquiring a contact address. PSOLUTION: This contact address presentation device 10 comprises: a retrieval part 13b for accepting a presentation request of contract address from a requester who requests the presentation of a contact address and a retrieval item related to a registrant for which the requester requests the presentation, and retrieving the registrant corresponding to the accepted retrieval item from a personal information database 12; an inquiry processing part 13c for inquiring the registrant that is the object of presentation request whether or not he/she accepts the presentation request concerned; and a presentation control part 13d for controlling the presentation level of the contact address according to the response from the registrant to the inquiry by the inquiry processing part 13c.
