PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the load and cost for the presentation and consultation of a declaration form for local tax declaration.;SOLUTION: A system for presenting the declaration form for local tax through a communication medium such as the Internet 5 is constructed in addition to the conventional presentation by bringing or posting. According to this, convenience can be provided to a declarer, and the omission of the labor for declaration and the reduction in cost for the presentation of the declaration form can be attained. Further, added support functions enable the efficient formation of a further precise declaration form, and its acceptance and delivery to a local government.
