PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an individual information notification method for realizing more flexible change (notification) of individual information and improving the convenience of a user in individual information notification through a network, and to provide an individual information management device and a user terminal for notifying the individual information.;SOLUTION: A system is provided with a user terminal 20, an individual information management device 10 for managing the individual information of each user, and a network 30. The individual information of each user obtained from the user terminal 20 through the network 30 is notified on the basis of rules. The individual information management device 10 is provided with a means 14 for receiving the individual information transmitted by the user terminal 20 through the network 30, a means 14 for receiving the rules transmitted by the user terminal 20 through the network 30, and means 13 and 14 for notifying the prescribed user of the individual information on the basis of the rules.
