PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a specific individual information management device capable of preventing important specific individual information such as my-number from leaking so as to strictly manage the information, a specific individual information management method, and a specific individual information management program.;SOLUTION: A specific individual information management device 100 comprises a storage unit 106 and a control unit 102 and performs management of specific individual information in an information system. In the information system, there are arranged a system manager for managing the whole information system and a specific individual information manager for exclusively managing the specific individual information. The storage unit 106 includes a my-number DB 106b for storing the specific individual information. The control unit 102 includes a my-number authority setting unit 102b-1 for performing setting of access authority with respect to the my-number DB 106b.
