PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for accurately analyzing the condition of a speckle, and further to provide an effect evaluating method for accurately finding a substance having an effect on a speckle and accurately comprehending its behavior and effect.;SOLUTION: Samples are obtained from a normal part and a speckle part in a superficial skin region. A test for detecting NT-3, ADAM9, or HB-EGF is performed on each of them. Their detected values are used as indices to analyze various conditions such as the degree of speckle, its cause, its progress, and its improved condition. Further, substances serving as evaluation objects are administered to tested cells in which the respective indices are detectable, and then a test is performed to detect the NT-3, ADAM9, or HB-EGF.
