PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a coating sheet by forming a resin layer on a substrate using a coating solution and to form a resin layer having a fine phase separation structure when the coating solution contains at least two kinds of incompatible resin materials and a large amount of a solvent. PSOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the coating sheet includes a prosess (1) for coating the substrate film with the coating solution containing the resin material and the solvent and a process (2) for applying curing treatment to the coating solution to form the resin layer, the coating solution contains at least two kinds of the incompatible resin materials and 90 wt.% or more of the solvent. After the coating process (1) is applied to the substrate film, an air blowing process (3) is applied to the coating solution applied onto the substrate film and the curing process (2) is subsequently applied to the applied coating solution.
