PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a coating film sheet in which a coating film layer is formed on the surface of the transparent resin layer of a sheet having the transparent resin layer on the surface of which rugged shape is formed with a coating liquid, and by which the uniform coating film layer is formed on the surface having the rugged shape.;SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method for the coating film sheet, the coating film layer is formed by coating the surface of the transparent resin layer of the sheet having the transparent resin layer on the surface of which the rugged shape is formed with the coating liquid incorporating resin and a solvent. In the method, the surface of the transparent resin layer having the rugged shape is formed of particulates dispersed in the transparent resin layer, and the difference of a surface tension value between the material of the particulates and resin forming the transparent resin layer is ≤12mN/m.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
