PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extraction method for nucleic acid and protein by dendrimer and dendrimer compositions greatly increasing a recovery rate of the nucleic acid and the protein by constructing the dendrimer including a fine particle and covering it with amino terminal group for capturing the nucleic acid or the protein. PSOLUTION: Multilayer dendrimers are formed on the surface of the fine particle, the amino group is formed on the surface of the dendrimers and the nucleic acid or the protein is extracted or recovered by the amino group.
