(57) Abstract RNA strand and the technology regarding the detection of the nuclear acid where raigeshiyon by the T4RNA ligase of the DNA strand which haiburidaizu is done participates, the expansion or both of nuclear acid is disclosed. These technologies especially are useful, or in regard to the expansion of the nuclear acid which depends on RNA arrangement from detection and RNA arrangement of RNA arrangement. Especially, this raigeshiyon is more efficient than identical raigeshiyon which is done making use of the T4DNA ligase. Therefore, RNA and as for the technology where raigeshiyon of DNA end of the nuclear acid strand which haiburidaizu is done participates, from it is possible by using the T4RNA ligase to do efficiently. The detection and expansion technology which is based on many known raigeshiyon is improved through the use of the T4RNA ligase which operates vis-a-vis the DNA strand or DNA end. raigeshiyon, the raigeshiyon mediation characteristic polymerase chain reaction (LMPCR), polymerase chain reaction/raigeshiyon detection reaction (PCR/LDR), raigeshiyon dependant polymerase chain reaction (LD-PCR), origonukureochidoraigeshiyonatsusei (OLA) and the expansion which are combined with the ligase chain reaction (LCR) and the reversal copying polymerase chain reaction (RTPCR) at the time raigeshiyon, and repeatability giyatsupuraigeshiyon (IGL) of raigeshiyon (LDA), and the padlock probe, the opening ring probe, and the other cyclization possible probe are included in this kind of technology.
