PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire device information of a device under monitor regularly with an operation device, without lacking.;SOLUTION: A device information collecting part 14 collects the device information from parts under monitor 11-13 of the device under monitor 10, to output it to a health check transmitting part 16. The health check transmitting part 16 divides the device information to adds to a health check signal sent from the operation device 20, to transmits it through a communication line 32 to the operation device 20. A health check receiving part 22 of the operation device 20 receives the health check signal. A device information extracting part 23 extracts the added device information from the health check signal.
