Monitoring,Operation analysis and quality defect analysis,using a picture image data and picture image data and picture image information, are performed for a rolling plant(1135), from a remote location in high response.There are provided a coil datapac means (1108) for extracting a picture image data accumulated, and just enough data to analyze a spacific coil from the picture image data acccumulated, to a certain monitoring server(1101) of the rolling plant(1135), by making correspondence to a coil name:and a coil data accumulating means(1109) for accumulating data packaged in a coil unit.In addition, there are provided a coil data acquiring means(1153) for enabling to select and load data in a coil unit from the coil data accumulating means (1109) of the monitoring server (1101), to the monitoring client side at a remote location: a coil extracting means for selecting a coil to be an analysis subject among the coil loaded: and a synchronizing and playback means(1156) for synchronizing and playing back the picture image data the picture image information.
