PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable easy internal inspection.;SOLUTION: In a nitrogen filled oil immersed transformer wherein a transformer body 3 is immersed in insulation oil 2 inside a transformer tank 1 and the upper part of the transformer tank 1 is tightly sealed with a tank cover 5, the upper surface of the insulation oil 2 inside the transformer tank 1 and a gas tank 7 are communicated by arranging the gas tank 7, which at least partially sinks in the insulation oil 2, inside the transformer tank 1 in the upper part of the transformer body 3 and pressure variation inside the transformer tank 1 caused by the expansion and contraction of the insulation oil 2 is absorbed by the filled nitrogen gas 11 in the upper part of the insulation oil 2 inside the transformer tank 1 and the gas tank 7, an inspection window 6 provided on the tank cover 5 is blocked with the gas tank 7.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
