PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve services for users and to reduce costs caused through utilization of an external computer by adding various kinds of functions to a food ticket issuing machine.;SOLUTION: A food ticket issuing machine 3 can be controlled by a program, a food ticket can be purchased by utilizing a personal card, and further, this machine has a check function for invalid card, managing function for the remaining number of each menu, summing up function the sales data, use price collating function for user, nutrition diagnostic function for users, preparing function for salary deduction file or the like and running function for registered arbitrary program or the like. A kitchen monitor 5 monitors novel sales data added to the food ticket issuing machine 3 via a LAN 20, displays the sales data on a display device 22 and reads aloud the sold menu in voice. Also the remaining number of a specified menu inputted via a touch panel 3 is sent to the food ticket issuing machine 3, and the relevant remaining number on the food ticket issuing machine 3 is updated.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
