PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a medicine useful for treating addictive disorders such as the use of nicotine-containing products, e.g. tobacco, and neurological disorders such as senile dementia of the Alzheimer's type and Parkinson's disease. PSOLUTION: The medicine is an (N-(pyridinylmethyl)-heterocyclic)indeneamine compound of formula 1 or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt. (In formula 1, A is CH(R) and R is H, a 1-6C alkyl, or the like; RSP3/SPis H or a halo; B is a group of formula (a), or the like; RSP2/SPis selected from H, an alkyl, an alkoxy, and the like).
