PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a pollen composition which changes a hay fever sufferer in refreshed state and to provide a method for using the composition. PSOLUTION: The method for producing the pollen composition comprises a step of adjusting water content of straws with adhered Bacillus natto, at 30-50 wt.%, a step of inoculating with Bacillus cells on the straws with adjusted water content, a step of imperfectly fermenting the straws by the Bacillus natto and Bacillus cells in a fermentation temperature condition below the temperature at which the Bacillus natto do not extinct, and a step of producing the pollen composition comprising pollen of the Bacillus natto and the Bacillus cells using the fermented straws as carriers.
