PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical examination table used for internal and external examinations where the posture of a patient can be changed with higher precision by providing the degree of freedom to the posture of the patient in the case of an external examination.;SOLUTION: In the medical examination table used for internal and external examinations, which is provided with a back plate 4, a hip receiver 1 and leg receiving parts 5 for supporting the patient on a base 3 and where the patient leaves and takes a seat with the back plate 4 erected on the hip receiver 1, a leg receiving part drive means 10 consisting of a horizontal rotation part 11 and a vertical rotation part 12 for displacing the leg receiving part 5 with respect to the hip receiver 1 is positioned at the base. By single driving or cooperating driving of the horizontal rotation part 11 and the vertical rotation part 12, bending and stretching movement, internal and external rotation movement and internal and external turning movement are conducted for the leg parts and hip parts of the patient according to the leg receiving parts 5.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
