PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a structure that never leaks extra light from a gap when a join of plane display panels which are used in combination is viewed from nearly below.;SOLUTION: The combination type display device, constituted by combining on the same plane a plurality of plane display panels (1 or 2) each constituted by arraying light emitting elements of a plurality of colors arrayed according to a specified array rule as unit pixels (92) in a grating shape and connecting unit light blocking members (5 or 6) between adjacent pixel arrays of unit pixels arrayed in the same column in the same direction in parallel to the pixel array, has a light blocking part constituting means of constituting a series of light blocking members (5 and 6) in the same column by interpolating gaps (1) between unit light blocking members arrayed in the same columns on adjacent plane display panels when the plane display panels are combined.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
