ACTING SECRETARY SYSTEM AND METHOD THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acting secretary service in which a message (communication contents) such as an inquiry by phone from a customer of a client (proprietor) who enjoys the service can be surely transmitted to the client by one communication.;SOLUTION: Communication signals transmitted from a caller side telephone 2A to a called side telephone 4A are transferred to an acting secretary apparatus 5, and the apparatus 5 receives the communication signals from the telephone 2A on behalf of the telephone 4A. The communication contents (message) included in the received communication signals are converted into document data in an e-mail format, and the document data are transmitted to a terminal 8A such as a cellular telephone having a previously-registered mail address. Furthermore, the terminal 8A receives, stores and displays the document data transmitted from the apparatus 5 so that the user (the client who enjoys the acting secretary service) can confirm, at a destination of going out, the communication contents transmitted from the telephone 2A.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
