PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endovascular implant which can apply a minimum amount of agonist to a locally limited region, especially to inner membrane of the blood vessel wall directly.;SOLUTION: This endovascular implant, designed to apply an agonist to inner membrane 22 of the blood vessel wall, has a substrate 42 which is provided with a number of micro devices 10 to apply the agonist, on at least part of the implant surface 40 side facing the blood vessel wall. Each of the micro devices 10 is provided with at least one micro cannula 38 which projects from the implant surface to the extent of reaching the inner membrane 22 of the blood vessel when the implant lies flat on the blood vessel wall 12, and at least one agonist storage unit 36 which is combined with at least one micro cannula 38.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
