PURPOSE: To make it possible to use one and the same flange end face correcting jig both for flanges for washer blade and for those for hub blade, by providing a first and a second blocks, secured on a plate-shaped base, for clamping a grinding tip, and designing these blocks so that their height will be varied corresponding to the diameter of the flanges of two types. ;CONSTITUTION: A flange 2 for washer blade and a flange 2' for hub blade are different in end face size from each other. This is coped with as follows: When the flange 2 for washer blade of the larger diameter is polished, a first block 9 is placed in the lower position to reduce the height of a polishing tip 11 to h; when the flange 2' for hub blade of the lower diameter is polished, a second block 10 is placed in the smaller position to increase the height of the polishing tip 11 to H.
