PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jig for end face correction capable of correcting an end face of a flange to which a circular blade is applied even in a multi-blade configuration.;SOLUTION: A jig for end face correction, which corrects an end face of a flange that sandwiches a circular blade for cutting a work fixed to a tip of a spindle and held by a chuck table, includes a plate-like base which is held by the chuck table, a recess which is created at a peripheral edge of the plate-like base, a chip for correction of the end face which is stored in the recess and projected from the peripheral edge of the plate-like base, a female thread which is created adjacent to the recess, a thread which screws with the female thread, and a leaf spring which presses and fixes the chip, which is stored in the recess by being fastened to the plate-like base with the thread screwed with the female thread, to the plate-like base. Thus, the jig for end face correction does not interfere with a boss part that projects axially from the flange to support the inner-diameter part of the circular blade at end face correction.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
