PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tactile sensor with a new constitution having a sufficiently high detection capability and a tactile sensor unit.;SOLUTION: The tactile sensor 10 is constituted of LC series resonance circuits 3-1 to 3-4 composed by connecting in series coils 1-1 to 1-4 and capacitors. A sweep electrical signal is input from an RF terminal 6 and inductance variation of the coils is detected, based on the deformation of the coils from the displacement of attenuation frequency at the output signal of an RF terminal, and touch pressure is perceived.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
