SOLUTION: This mounting structure is to mount a clay roof tile 1 to a roof substrate material 41 with the solar cell unit 5 mounted in a recessed surface part 11 of a main plate surface of the clay roof tile 1. This is so constituted that a tip of a lock metal 6a locked by a fixing nail 4a penetrating an fixing a bottom part 3a of a downstream clay roof tile 1 is locked to the tip part 51 of the solar cell unit 5 in the side of a head 2 of the clay roof tile 1 so as to suppress the floating of the solar cell unit 5, and a part extending frontward of the lock metal 6 locked by the fixing nail 4 inserting and locking the bottom part 3 of the clay roof tile 1 is locked to a rear part 52 of the solar cell unit 5 in the side of the bottom part 3 of the clay roof tile 1 so as to suppress the floating of the solar cell unit 5.
