PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To preclude reliability of sealability in a seal portion from being reduced by flowing-out of oil and blowing-out of the oil by welding heat or the like, to preclude reliability as a pressure sensor from being reduced by a decrease in the filling amount of oil, to preclude the sealability in a welded part from being reduced by generation of a void, and to completely and surely seal a sealing part. PSOLUTION: A liquid seal chamber of an oil filling pipe, and a tip part in a liquid introducing opening side in an opposite side are crushed into a flat condition to from a crushed flat part 44, primary welding is carried out in the vicinity of a tip part 46 of the crushed flat part to form a primary welded part 48 for sealing the crushed flat part, secondary welding is conducted in the primary welded part, one portion in the liquid introducing opening side of a secondary welded part 58 is fused partially to form the secondary welded part, so as to seal liquid introducing opening of the oil filling pipe 36.
