PURPOSE: To provide a rat glioma cell culturable by subculture and capable of inducing a neurotrophic factor by epinephrine. ;CONSTITUTION: A rat glioma cell enabling subculture in a low-serum medium, exhibiting fibrous state in the low-serum medium and capable of inducing a neurotrophic factor by epinephrine.
