PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for establishing overseas auction between a purchaser and a seller by bidding for the auction in real time by transmitting a purchaser's intention in bidding for the auction in progress overseas in place of the purchaser. PSOLUTION: In bidding for the overseas auction in real time in stead of the purchaser by using the computer, log-in information of the purchaser connected to a computer and log-in information of a site, where the overseas auction is performed, are linked with each other and stored. When a bidding request of the purchaser is received, the request is connected to the site by the log-in information (site), and bid information inputted from the purchaser is inputted into the site.
