PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system that manages and monitors production in a plant of an outsourcing partner, without the new installation of system equipment for processing/collecting and providing production data from the outsourcing partner.;SOLUTION: An outsourcing database server 8 retrieves encrypted data from encrypted data in an external public server 6, and decrypts and saves the data. The data saved in the outsourcing database server 8 are periodically retrieved by a production monitoring database server 9 that saves them. The production monitoring database server 9 registers the saved data after processing them into a data format compliant with production management of a production management and monitoring side. The processed data are collected according to production management by the production management and monitoring side by an existing WWW server 10 that provides them on an internal intranet, as well as internal information on the production management and monitoring side.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
