PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for examining whether having a genetic factor affecting the crisis easiness of a disease accompanying the accommodative insufficiency of blood pressure or body fluid or not, and to provide a reagent for the examination.;SOLUTION: The relation of a genetic polymorphism newly found in a C-type natriuretic peptide gene domain with a hypertensive which is a disease accompanying the accommodative insufficiency of blood pressure or body fluid has been examined, and it has consequently been concluded that the genetic polymorphism in the C-type natriuretic peptide gene domain is the factor of the hypertensive. Thereby, the analysis of the genetic polymorphism in the C-type natriuretic peptide gene domain has made it possible to examine whether or not having a genetic factor affecting the crisis easiness of a disease accompanying the accommodative insufficiency of blood pressure or body fluid.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
