PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for sealing an opening part of an easily estable fried purse- shaped food product by which the food can be readily produced, and further to provide an apparatus for sealing the opening part of the fried purse-shaped food product.;SOLUTION: This fried purse-shaped food product is obtained by folding the opening part 1a formed at one edge part of a deep-fried bean curd 1 so as to constrict the opening part 1a, a passing a deep-fried bean curd 2 cut into a thin strap shape through the folded fried bean curd, and sealing the opening part 1a for inserting ingredients thereinto by the cut deep-fried bean curd 2. The method for sealing the opening part 1a of the deep-fried bean curd 1 comprises folding the opening part 1a formed at one edge part of the deep-fried bean curd 1 by cutting and opening the edge part of the deep-fried bean curd 1, so as to constrict the opening part 1a, skewering the constricted part with a hole-forming tool having a chuck in the inside, holding the tip of the deep-fried bean curd 2 cut into the thin strap shape by the chuck installed in the hole-forming tool, extracting the hole-forming tool from the deep- fried bean curd 1 to simultaneously pass the fried bean curd 2 cut into the thin strap shape in the holes formed in the constructed part, and to seal the opening part 1a for inserting the ingredients thereinto by the cut deep-fried bean curd 2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
