PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-silicone thermally conductive thermoplastic elastomer composition that can be recycled, solving the problems of a composition comprising a blend of a vulcanized rubber, such as a silicone rubber, with a thermally conductive filler, presently used as a heat dissipating material for various electronic and electrical equipment, as to recycling properties and contact fault due to the volatilization of a low-molecular siloxane. PSOLUTION: The thermally conductive thermoplastic elastomer composition has a glass transition temperature of 25°C or lower and consists of a thermoplastic elastomer (A) having a glass transition temperature of 50°C or higher and a thermally conductive inorganic filler (B).
