PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manage the copyright consent of contents.;SOLUTION: A contract mediating system 1 collates use configurations inputted from a right user X from a work flow 3 by using a processing module 2 to obtain a right classification whose consent is required. A copyright management system 4 refers to a copyright database 5 by using contents ID as a key to obtain the pertinent contents information, and to extract the address of a pertinent proprietor, and supplies it to the contract mediating system 1.
