To provide a copyrighted work managing apparatus, a copyrighted work managing method, and a copyrighted work managing program which, even if a copyrighted work is created by a plurality of creators and hence a plurality of joint creations and/or secondary creations are made, can duly distribute profits to the owners of the copyrighted works.SOLUTION: Copyright owner information storage means stores text information, image information, or audio information in association with a copyright owner. Card information generating means generates card information having the text information, the image information or the audio information collectively stored in one region. Card information linkage means generates a linkage story for linking the card information and other card information. Story outputting means outputs the linked card information as a story. Card information output number counting means counts the number of outputs of the card information consisting of the story with respect to each card information.
