PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earning return calculation system for returning earning generated from the payment of a local resident directly to the resident or through an autonomous body to which the resident belongs by dissolving a mismatch between consumption activities of the resident and an administrative service and to return the consumption activities to the resident, and to provide a calculation method for the earning return.;SOLUTION: By inviting a supporter which returns points to the specific resident according to an amount of payment of service use or commodity purchase, and calculating the points returned from the supporter according to payment results of the resident to return the points to the resident, the consumption activities of the resident are directly returned to the resident oneself. By calculating an amount of payment paid to an organization to which the resident belongs from the supporter according to payment results of the resident, and paying the amount of the payment to the organization such as the autonomous body to which the resident belongs, the consumption activities of the resident are indirectly returned to the resident through the administrative service or the like of the autonomous body.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
