PURPOSE: To provide the mulch film-cutting device of a seedling transplanter, capable of preventing the wasteful use of water and improving the stabilization and preciseness of cutting works by disposing a jetting nozzle capable of being opened only for a constant time between a pressure pump and a jet nozzle. ;CONSTITUTION: A seedling-planting member for transplanting seedlings and a jetting nozzle 51 for jetting a high pressure fluid on a mulch film with a pressure pump 50 are disposed, and a jetting valve 52 capable of being opened only for a constant time is further disposed between the pressure nozzle 50 and the jetting nozzle 51. The jetting valve 52 is preferably interlockingly connected to a system for driving seedling-planting tines and synchronously opened with the planting movements of the seedling planting tines.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
