PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic mail managing system, its managing method and a recording medium storing its managing program for performing not only the transmission of a return electronic mail to a mail transmitting person but also the originating of a call by combined a speaking function and an electronic mail function. ;SOLUTION: The electronic mail managing system 50 for recording and managing electronic mails is provided with a detection means 51 for detecting transmitting person information being information for specifying the transmitting person of the electronic mail from data on the respective electronic mails, a telephone directory function part 53 for recording the correspondence between the transmitting person information and the data of the telephone number of the transmitting person to refer to it, and a mail transmitting person speaking means for retrieving the telephone number of the transmitting person corresponding to the detected transmitting person information from the part 53 after the means 51 detects the transmitting person information to the electronic mail and originating a call to the telephone number of the transmitting person.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
