WOUND CORE, COIL USING THIS, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE WOUND CORE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wound core applicable for a core case having a low hardness such as core case having a low content of glass filler, to provide a coil with its manufacturing cost decreased by use of the wound core, and to provide a method for manufacturing the same.;SOLUTION: A wound core with a soft magnetic alloy thin band wound and impregnated has the soft magnetic alloy thin band 70 to 90% in space factor and the wound core 0.1 to 20% in resin filling factor of air gap. The wound core is inserted into the core case and the coil is made by wire winding on the core case. The core case is a mixture of the resin and the glass filler, and the mixture coefficient of the glass filler is preferably 15 vol% or lower.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
